Spring is on it's way?

The month of March has been an especially brutal one for weather.  Even in the Sunshine State, we have had very cool March days.  The Daffodils collection is this month's Club Scrap paper kit and it  screams "Spring!".

To celebrate the first day of Spring I created this Scatter card using the Club Scrap Daffodils coordinating stamp set. I found the idea on a Stampin Up web site and I am sure you can find it as well.

I created a cut file in the Cricut Design Space software since I don't have a circular thin cut or a 3" circle punch.  It is a pretty basic card that you can create in any digital cutter software.

I then stamped using the scatter image around the circle using SU YoYo Yellow, Crushed Curry and Club Scrap Leaf. (Stamp on a scrap piece of paper) Then I drew a rough circle  and stamped the daffodils in the center of the circle.  I used the inks and a blender pen to color the design.  I glued the top scatter circle onto the daffodils base and added the Close to My Heart retired Olive ribbon.  What fun it is to use up my supplies!

I hope this post gives to inspiration to celebrate Spring as well!
